COVID-19 UPDATE

We are still processing orders and are taking the necessary precautions to keep you and your products safe. We currently have a one woman team processing and handling all the orders. Please note that due to the coronavirus the USPS is experiencing delays and may require more time to have your package delivered. We appreciate your patience and support during this time!

SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?

YES! When you spend $75 or more before tax and live in the U.S.

Do you ship plastic-free?

At norapola, everything is shipped plastic-free in either a 100% recycled (95% post-consumer material!) or an upcycled cardboard box from one of our vendors or community partners. We use paper packaging only when necessary to protect your products. We work with manufacturers that ship products plastic-free and reuse their packaging and boxes whenever possible. We seal the deal with paper tape and paper labels making all of our shipping materials 100% recyclable and compostable.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. If you are ordering from Canada, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail International which provides package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking as opposed to First Class International.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our current turnaround time is 1-2 business days (this does not include the postal transit time). You will receive an email or SMS order notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

How do subscriptions work?

Save 10% when you sign up for a variety of products found on our subscription page and have them autoshipped to your house! These orders can be fulfilled as often as monthly.

Each subscription must be fulfilled twice before canceling.

 

RETURNS

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unused items can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Cosmetics and hygiene products are not eligible for refunds. We cover return shipping for damaged items or incorrectly filled orders. We do not cover return shipping for refunds or exchanges.

If there was an issue with your order please contact us at hello@norapola.com so we can make it right. Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 7 days of receiving your order. We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience.

 

VENDORS

I am a brand and want norapola to carry my products, what do I do?

Shoot us an email at hello@norapola.com and include 'Potential Vendor' in the subject line. In the body, include a brief description of your company, what you do and a blurb about your products. Include a link to your website and social media pages as well.

We request two samples of each product variant to test before we onboard a new brand or product. We put our products through rigorous testing before we make a decision to sell them so we will not be able to return them even if we do not onboard them. We test them thoroughly as we want to ensure our products are the best solutions out there. 

We only work with companies that have the capability to ship plastic-free. We do not accept any plastic packaging from our vendors even if it is recycled or "recyclable."

Will you donate to our organization?

We are a teeny weeny company and cannot afford to give out free products or gift cards. We do donate products to people and organizations, but they are ones we intimately know and work with.

I am a blogger, do you give out free products?

We don't price our products to accommodate free product requests. We believe our products are of the highest quality and are worth paying for.
